Behind the design.
I’m a UX/UI Designer living in the Netherlands. I recently graduated in Communication and Multimedia Design (CMD) at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I enjoy being creative with both code and design.
Before CMD, I studied Media Developer at Media College in Amsterdam, which focused on front-end development. I completed this study in 2020 with good results. Unsure if I wanted to continue purely with development, I chose CMD to combine the best of both worlds: design and programming.
As a developer, I enjoy writing CSS because it allows me to be creative with animations and transitions. During my studies, I followed a minor in User Experience. That’s when I realized I enjoy designing more than development.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, traveling, and exploring new places. I'm also a big snowboard enthusiast.

Skills.
UX/UI Design
Designing with the user in mind is at the core of my process. I focus on creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that solve real problems. From wireframing to prototyping and testing, I aim to design solutions that are both functional and enjoyable. Understanding user behavior is essential in every step of the journey.
User Research
Understanding user behavior is essential to creating effective designs. I use various research methods, from user interviews to usability testing, to ensure that my designs are grounded in real user needs.
Development
Working as a front-end developer has taught me to create more practical and efficient designs. My knowledge of CSS allows me to think creatively about animations and transitions, while my broader development skills ensure that my designs are both visually appealing and technically feasible.
